Install A Range Hood Roof Vent

We have a gas range built into a center island with a downdraft vent that doesn t vent well.

Range hood installation can involve drilling a new vent hole through a wall which can require new wiring and ductwork while replacing old ones can be a simpler process. Install the proper sized ductwork and exterior roof or wall cap depending on where you will be venting your hood to the exterior.
