Using a small drill bit pre drill a small hole for the screws on both sides of the frame. Determine a place to set the screws that will hold the frame to the wall. Hold your artwork up to the wall where you want it to go and use a level to ensure it s straight. Predrill holes at the marks then drill standoff screw bases into the wall.

How to use a floating picture frame. When you find a spot on the wall that looks good mark the spot lightly with a pencil. Use adhesive hook and loop tape to attach the canvas to the frame. Using the photo mounting stickers center your mounted art on the board and secure.

Preparing the frame for hanging. Then use a pencil to mark the hole placements. Paint your mounting hardware gold and let it completely dry. Use a small ruler to measure and mark both side edges of the frame correspondingly.

Once marked use a level to ensure the frame is straight on the wall before drilling screws to secure. Mark where each hole should be drilled try and be really precise there s not a whole lot of wiggle room if the holes are really off and pre drill each hole with a small drill bit. Hold your photo and center it on the wall where you want to hang the frame.
